Approach: from the parking go on for about one hundred meters along the road leaving the village and find on your right the path no. 424 (indications for Casera Cite), initially rising really steeply. After about 25' the path passes near a little chapel and then enters into the valley of the Rio Simon, going on half way up the hill. Keep going straight along the same path when you reach a junction near some iron crosses; the paths becomes now really exposed and aerial, so, pay attention. Reach a hut at the altitude of 907 meters on the sea-level and go on crossing some affluents (one coming down from a big rock massif) and then, as soon as you can see the river bed, at about 30' of walk from the hut, go down along a short and easy slope recahing the water. |
|
Coming back: about 5 minutes of walk along the river bed until the bridge. |
