Val Ru da Molin Beautiful gorge among white rocks, with pure and very cold water. The first part has an amusing succession of jumps, until a 25 meters high fall which can be faced with a 20 meters high dive! The environment of the gorge, enjoyable along the approaching march, is wonderful and very wild. |

Go on this road and reach the hotel-restaurant "La Stanga", a few kilometers before the village of La Stanga. It's possible the park the car in the space in front of the hotel (with the agreement of the owners) or, going back for about 200 meters, in a litlle open space on the right, near the bridge over the gorge of the Val de Piero. |
Approach: just behind the hotel starts the path no. 502 for the Val de Piero and the "7° Alpini" shelter. Go on this mule-track rising very steeply and, at the first junction (near a little concrete building), turn left (the path on the right leads to the Val de Piero). The path rises steeply half way up the hill, first inside the wood and then along the steep rock walls of the gorge, offering wonderful sights. After about 50 minutes of walk the path goes down and reach the water at an altitude of 600 m on the sea level. |
Coming back: alla fine della gola si giunge direttamente sulla strada asfaltata; percorrerla verso sinistra fino a ritornare al parcheggio. |
